For more than 15 years, she has worked with thousands of high-potentials leaders around the globe at critical turning points in their careers. Barbara is renown for her work in the evidence-based study of predictors of executive success and executive coaching.

Prior to Executive Core, she held two SVP roles at Lore International Institute (acquired by Korn Ferry International). Barbara was recently honored as the recipient of the Global 2013 Executive Coaching Thought Leader of Distinction award from the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches.

Barbara has authored numerous executive education programs, written two books, numerous white papers and articles including Recovering Executives at Risk of Derailing and Influence & Collaboration. Barbara has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and B.A. from Bowling Green with dual degrees in Interpersonal Communications and Psychology. She recently served on the board of the Executive MBA Council for two terms as corporate liaison and belongs to numerous professional associations.

Prior to joining Executive Core, Anna was a senior leader at the Harvard endorsed leadership center on the East Coast. Her experience includes Vice President and Board level roles of a medium size alternative health care facility benchmarked by the Harvard Medical School and is a former director of Organizational Consulting for Lore International Institute in Durango, Colorado.

Anna is the author of the Bronze Telly Award winning video series, Effective People Skills, and is the co-author of Lore’s 360 Assessment of Collaborative Tendencies. She has authored numerous white papers and has presented at organizations and conferences such as the American Society for Training and Development. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development from the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. and has completed a two-year certification with the Gestalt Institute of the Berkshires. Anna is also certified in the use of the Lominger Limited, Inc. Voices® 360 Feedback Tool, The Leadership Capability Indicator, a tool designed for executive succession planning and selection and numerous other assessment tools.

Prior to joining Executive Core, Danny spent more than 15 years as the Director, Leadership Development at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. In this role he oversaw the development of leadership courses, and team development and executive coaching programs, for both the Rotman EMBA program and the Omnium Global EMBA program. He worked closely with the University of St. Gallen (USG), St. Gallen Switzerland, the leading business school in German-speaking Europe. He has successfully managed an $8 million operating budget and 50+ professional staff.

Danny is a graduate of the Rotman Executive MBA Program, University of Toronto and he also holds a BA in History from Trent University. He has chaired several non-profit boards in education, the arts, and mental health organizations. Danny is a Lore International Institute certified executive coach as well as being certified in the use of the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence inventory. He is fluent in Spanish. Danny has lived and worked in Spain, Switzerland and Canada.

Gary has served as a change management consultant to mergers and acquisitions ranging from $50 million to $35 billion.

Prior to joining Executive Core, Nan’s experience included Senior Vice President of marketing and sales for URL Pharma, Inc. a privately held pharmaceutical company transitioning from a generic to branded business model. During her tenure she built a talented commercial organization and brought new capabilities that enabled URL Pharma to be acquired by Takeda.

Nan also founded a successful consulting company Knollwood Partners, focused on helping companies to accelerate innovation, raise capital and scale commercial operations. Projects typically included direct collaboration with the CEO and senior executive teams, and in some cases the board of directors. Typical engagements included business and strategic planning, corporate and product valuations, risk mitigation (such as skill, capability, or competitive gaps) team structure and process health, portfolio optimization, product launch readiness and partner identification and strategy.

Prior to Knollwood, Nan held several executive roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson. At Bristol Myers Squibb, she was Senior Vice President, US Operations and then Vice President, Global Marketing. Nan managed a $2 billion multi-asset portfolio and had worldwide P&L responsibility in the Global group.

She also led the collaboration with American Express to develop emerging leaders in the social sector. Prior to joining Executive Core, Ronnie served as a Consultant for 5 years to a major global Consulting Company on Executive and Management Development focused on performance improvement. Ronnie has coached executives in several different industries and fields including technology, energy, automotive, communications and global sales. She has developed several programs for Fortune 100 and 500 companies around orientation, organization, leadership and several other areas. Ronnie has also served Korn Ferry, Lore International, and Arthur Anderson as a consultant and senior talent management professional.

Ronnie received her Ph.D. in Organizational Communication, and her M.A. in Educational Psychology, from Michigan State University. She has authored and co-authored many papers and reports on organizational issues and presented at national and international conferences on topics including executive development, executive transitions, e-learning, organizational assessment, change, leading virtually, new employee orientation and organizational politics. She received her Ph.D. from Michigan State University in organizational communication with an emphasis on organizational networks, organizational change, and labor and industrial relations.
